In our recent marketing survey, we found that many businesses are using a multitude of media to communicate with their customers and prospects – from social media, blogging and email marketing to events, telemarketing and direct mail. And with over a half of businesses stating that they don’t have a fully up-to date marketing plan in place, it’s easy to see that many companies may be missing opportunities to acquire and keep more customers – resulting in lost sales and slower growth.
