In our recent marketing survey, we found that many businesses are using a multitude of media to communicate with their customers and prospects – from social media, blogging and email marketing to events, telemarketing and direct mail. That’s a lot of things to keep on top of, especially when you couple this with the actual running of a business or a team! And with over a half of businesses stating that they don’t have a fully up-to date marketing plan in place, it’s easy to see that many companies may be missing opportunities to acquire and keep more customers – resulting in lost sales and slower growth.

It’s clear that no matter the size of company or industry sector people work in, our survey suggests that a lack of available time to focus on this area is impacting the ability of businesses to provide customers with a consistent, relevant and outstanding brand experience.

As we know a brand is made up of so much more than a logo and a colour palette, which is the reason we’ve spent a great deal of time with our own customers devising methods to help them establish and enhance the ways in which they communicate what their brand stands for, why it should be considered and why it’s better than the competition. What’s more, we’ve also developed methods that make it easier to deliver, so they don’t have to spend days and weeks working late to achieve a strong and coherent brand message. Here’s just a few pointers that you should consider to get a better brand strategy in place.

We’ve worked with many companies, across multiple sectors, helping them to develop their brand. The key is to remember that it doesn’t need to take an age to get a strategy and plan in place, especially when you have the right approach and support on hand to help you.
